It had a microwave oven, an air conditioning, and an individual safe, clean room. Having a bath was great.

the location of the apartment was marvellous close to the public transport, and centre. modern building, where we stayed. we asked excellent staff about everything need.

I enjoyed to be there, spent 2 restful days overall. Its location was particularly good, just next door to Seville with a car, and a commercial area.

Spacious lounge with TV area and dining area: I felt like a celebrity in my own private theater, relaxing on the comfortable couches and enjoying a movie night with my family.

We liked the appartment, because it had really enough space for everything, many wardrobes, kitchen edge and sitting room with free WiFi. And the possibility to park for free near the metro, which took us to the center for 10 minutes. Ask for the way to the metro in the recepcion!

The address of the hotel can not be found by the GPS, better use "Calle Tarifa 1 in Tomares, Sevilla" or call before going there the hotel

Everything was perfect here. It was located in a commercial area close to the city center.

It has great setting near a metro. The staff are helpful and efficient, thanks a lot for the help. The venue has big size room with balcony.

Excellent service, immediate response to requests. Modern, spacious apartment for 6 adults. Inner courtyard and cafes on site. Free parking always available.

The only apartment complex with on-site parking. Very modern, one year old complex in the middle of a shopping center, kitchen well equiped, easy to prepare a meal (if pans/pots are missing, no problem to get them). Easy access to Sevilla, bus stop is just in front of the building, 5 min trip downtown Sevilla.

1)Unless you have gps, no chance to find it and if you have gps you will find this place with a bit of luck. The reason is that whole area was developed only recently (2010) and an address as given by boooking.com is wrong. It is not Averroes, 1, Camas but Tarifa 1, Tamares. This will lead you to the street in front of the building, in front of Honda dealer. 2)Breakfast is horrible. Just horrible.... included in price but if you want to eat something tasty and healthy, I recommnend to do a shopping in a nearby supermarket and prepare the breakfast yourself. Your kitchen is ready for it!

It is low price, and really near from town (10 minutes by car) Spacious room, not so beauty as in pfotos ;-) white pieces of furniture are not so white and have some dirty spots. The metro station is near (1,5 km) from hotel. Try use the lift up to the Aznalfarache ;-) 1."well-equipped kitchen" in the room. Is it joke? For well equippe your kitchen you need to buy: citchen cloth, washing liquid, knife, chopping board, ladle, wooden shovels, plates for soups....;-) In the kitchen was only: 1 pot, 1 small dipper, 1 small frying pan, spoons, forks, cups, glaces and plates. 2. Room has no iron, you cant get it with 10€ deposit and nobody offer you an ironing board, so you need to iron on the couch. 3.The room facing on the road, so it was noisy till 01-00 4. Very unpleasant reception! Such awfull service-man we had not met ever. He said : ok, ok, yes, it is a problem, ok, and smile, but do not anything to help us, and no try to do it. 5. Wi-fi does not work here at all! And only one advice we heard from reception: Go To Macdonalds, baby! We wait for 2 days, that stuff promised to fix it up. But no results. We do not want to seat in MCdonald, so we manually fix wi-fi setting of there network and than can use it. Also we hepl do it another guests in different countrnies;-) 6. Some peoples below mentioned the awfull breakfast. Agree;-) the breakfast was awfull, bad coffee from coffee-machine, some toast with cheap tinned pate and jam, croisants and strange cookies. 7. Outdoor area was very rubbish.

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment hotel. the location was very convenient, as it was close to the city center and easily accessible by metro. the room was spacious and well, equipped, with a modern bathroom and comfortable beds. the service was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning and had a lovely view from our balcony. the facilities were top, notch, including a kitchen and a living room with a TV.

The Wi, Fi was not available in the room, which was a minor inconvenience.

The personnel at reception was rude and not friendly at all. He give us a room that was occupied, when we went back to inform the mistake he acted very unfriendly. At breakfast the restaurant was open at 7:30, but nobody was taking care of the cleaning of the tables, so when we get there for breakfast all the tables were full of dirty used breakfast dishes, when I asked for a clean spoon the guy reacted very badly. The owners of the hotel should consider putting more personnel at the reception and at the restaurant in the morning at rush breakfast hours. I will not recommend this hotel, unless the personnel understand that they should treat customers better.

1.We had a car, so undercover secure parking was important to us. 2.The internet free wi-fi in (public areas only) did not often work at all, unless one of the staff knew how to reset their modem 3. One of the staff was excellent, but the others were only fair 4. We thought the included buffet breakfast was quite OK

It was very difficult to park at the Metro station to get in to Seville It was quite good for our purposes, but was situated in a very dirty wasteland which was very off-putting!

Conveniently located near motorway with ample parking. Spacious, well-equipped apartment with good breakfast for a reasonable price. Clean, tidy, and helpful staff. Close to metro for easy access to city center.

Very nice staff, very good apartments, extremely clean and well kept. Good Value for Money!!!

The breakfast was nothing special.
